Upgrading to Gitlab 15.0 ahead of time???
Gitlab Enterprise just upgraded us to the 15.0 version ahead of time??? And some of our CI pipelines stopped working? I thought maybe it was some sort of a canary release, as it should have been done on the 22.05.2022!!??
GitLab.com is moving to 15.0 with a few breaking changes
These are the features that will be removed in GitLab 15.0.
I made all the relevant changes ahead of time since, I mainly upgraded the connection from our staging cluster to gitlab use the gitlab-agent....since they removed the certification based connection in the new version. But not cool upgrading ahead of time....
One alternative that I liked in my last startup was having gitlab hosted in our infrastructure, since I can choose when to upgrade it and make any kind of relevant changes.
